Plaza Firm unveils P1.2-B dev't project
DO Plaza Esates Inc. (DOPEI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the DO Plaza Holdings Corporation, has entered into the very promising high-end residential development through Plaza Crest, a P1.2 billion-project in Sucat, Parañaque.
Plaza Crest, which sprawls on a 2.7 hectare property owned by the Plaza Family in Sucat, is a low-density community that offers Garden Villas, Townhouses, and Walk-up Condominiums. There area 287 units available, of which 44 are townhouses.

"We have a three-meter high perimeter fence. The whole place is secured. Residents are also assured of enough water supply. We have provided a 100 cubic meter tower of water and a cistern of 200. We anticipate crisis just in case." Plaza added.
Plaza Crest's Garden Villas have a gross floor area of 36.77 sqm to 64.35 sqm and ideal for start-up families. Townhouses, meanwhile, have a floor area of 164 sqm, which includes a kitchen and dining area, two to three toilet and bath, up to three bedrooms, a maid's room with toilet and bath, attic provisions, and two parking spaces.
