| PLAZA CREST: Parañaque's Next Big Thing |
The moment you enter the city of Parañaque, one would immediately get a buzz of its cultural appeal that meets young with the old, modern with traditional, and street smarts with the high life. It is a melting pot community located at the South of Manila, surrounded by Pasay City (North), Manila Bay (West), Muntinlupa (Southeast), Las Piñas (Southwest) and Taguig (Northeast).
It is home to warm, friendly, hospitable, and devoted Parañaqueños composed of Tagalog natives, migrants from various regions of the Philippines and foreign nationals who have adopted the city as their "second home." The colorful mix of its population provides the cross culture of art, lifestyle and religion that molds Parañaque into its very own mosaic of a masterpiece.

A vast area of the city sits the residential hub where ancestral homes, posh villages, apartments, boarding houses, apartelles, townhouses, and condominiums blend with commercial centers and the industrial community. Looking a few years back, some of these residential areas where once green pastures of land before urban life caught up with urban development.

being developed by DOPEI (D.O. Plaza Estates Inc.), is a family project of the Plaza family who are natives of Parañaque. According to Jaime “Jimbo” Plaza Carlos, Marketing Services Manager for DOPEI, the 2.7-hectare land in Sucat was once a farm of his late grandfather until the family recognized the vision of achieving countryside living within an urban community.
As a young boy, Jimbo had fond memories of the place where he would run around with his cousins and spend special occasions with the family. Now, Jimbo offers his combined experience in marketing, fresh ideas and personalized service for this project. He elaborates, “ My main contribution is my family involvement. We like to actually get our hands into everything and we don't leave it to other people. We're not just here to build houses, sell and get rid of them. It is in our best interest that the community will do well, because the success of the community is our own success. This is where we grew up, we shared fond memories (in Parañaque), and we'd like to share that with other people .”

Even with its state-of-the-art design and technology, Plaza Crest's high end lifestyle still connects with Parañaque's unique identity. Prime malls, schools, hospitals, airport, shops and supermarkets are in close proximity while going to nearby cities like Makati and Alabang only takes 15 to 30 minutes.
Plaza Crest boasts an Asian-inspired theme designed by the best in the country, RMDA Architects and Palafox Associates. |

The Walk-up 3-storey Condominiums, Garden Villas and 3-storey townhouses will make you feel like you're having a vacation right at your very own home. For DOPEI, a relaxed environment assures quality living and security. The whole place is secured with a 3-meter high perimeter fence and 24-hour security camera at the entrance.

Everything in Plaza Crest takes a personal touch from building, management and selling. As Jimbo explains it, “We want it to be at a personal level in every movement that we make. We like to be the ones with you, not some pedestal that's too faraway…because we are in fact a family.”
Jimbo, together with owners themselves will also live in Plaza Crest. Its pocket gardens and private environment is just perfect for their daily needs and

lifestyle. This just proves the value that this next best thing at the heart of Parañaque can offer. A lot of care has been put into the family project that's been home to fond memories of the Plaza family. With its nearing completion date by the 2nd Quarter of 2008, Plaza Crest will also be home to fond and lasting memories of its future residents. |
