Fatima Heights Subdivision is a residential project of the D.O. Plaza Holdings Corporation (DOPHC), the flagship corporation of the Plaza Family, which is involved in various business interests in Metro Manila, Cebu, and the Caraga Region.

DOPHC has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary - D.O. Plaza Estates, Inc. (DOPEI) - to plan and manage its flagship residential enclave in Sucat, Parañaque known as the Plaza Crest.

 
 


One of the Philippine's most prominent industrialist enterprise in the 1970's - supported the implementation of the country's industrial development program by its development management of the following projects in Mindanao:

--- Several timber and logging concessions in Agusan del Sur and adjoining provinces;
--- Integrated lumber and wood processing plant in Butuan City; and
--- Veneer and plywood plant in Butuan City.

Transformed a small cement company known as Apo Cement Corporation (Apocemco) into one of the country's leading cement producers.

Forayed into the real estate industry with its initial residential development in Cavite called Fatima Heights Subdivison.

--- Conceptualized in 1997 - project area is 3.3-hectare.
--- offered 403 house and lot packages with a price range of P400k to P600k.
